The Net Promoter Score is a proven, widely used metric that measures customer experience for a business. The NPS survey usually consists of one question, asking customers to rate their likeliness to recommend a company, product, or service.

According to industry specific NPS benchmarks, Health Care Providers average a score of 38. Since collecting almost 6,000 surveys since 2019, TherapySouth has maintained a Net Promoter Score of 92 – well over twice the industry standard.
