“I cannot put into words how grateful I am for what Ryan and his staff have done for me! I am a long distance runner with old injuries that tend to flare up and cause problems but since seeing therapy south that has drastically changed! Ryan and staff truly listened to my goals, my abilities, and from there worked up a plan to help me reach my goals. I have a program of strengthening exercises that I do daily along with dry needling in various areas. Dry needling I think frightens many people, however, after doing some of my research and Ryan explaining the process, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did!!! I’m blown away at the improvements I’ve seen in only four sessions with Ryan and his group and highly recommend if you are having any form of mobility problems or pain you see him and his staff. They are all amazing! I owe them so much more than just a review!” -Jordan L.
“I couldn’t have made such progress without Ryan and his fantastic staff. It was a fun place to go when I was so isolated after my knee surgery. They are all incredibly talented in their fields. And the football talk is fun too!!!!” -Melissa S.
“Yesterday was my first appointment at Therapy South and I saw Ryan. He was amazing! Explained everything thoroughly, explained why we would do certain procedures, what area the exercises were working, and was just great overall. He listened to my goals and from there devised a plan to help me reach those goal. I’m excited to see what the upcoming weeks bring and even more excited to reach my fitness goals. Thank you all!” -Jordan F.
“Personal opinion, best therapy clinic around.
Ryan and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I visit the clinic I feel like I’m visiting family and the conversations are endless.
First time for me trying dry needling and the results were basically instant. Imagine taking a fine needle and releasing pressure points throughout your body allowing for more range of motion.
Definitely have enjoyed the last three weeks here.” -Shaquita Y.
Trigger points, often a component of myofascial pain syndrome, are irritable, hard “knots” within a muscle that may cause pain over a large area. A potential treatment option is dry needling, which consists of a very thin needle that your therapist pushes through the skin to stimulate the trigger points, muscles, or connecting tissues.LEARN MORE
