Tammy Williams

Tammy is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager with over 25 years of experience supporting injured workers through collaborative case management. Her career has focused on working closely with employers, adjusters, and physicians within the Workers’ Compensation industry. She has served the Birmingham and Central Alabama region since 2010 and previously worked as an independent case manager in Mississippi dating back to the 1990s.

Tammy joined TherapySouth in January 2020 and serves as a key liaison across all clinic locations in Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia. She works closely with payors, adjusters, case managers, and physicians to ensure prompt referral coordination, clear communication, and continuity of care for injured workers. Her role is instrumental in streamlining the rehabilitation process and helping patients return to work safely and efficiently.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys traveling to the Gulf Coast to spend time with family. She also cherishes opportunities to visit Europe to see her son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, Cora.
