Sophie James

Sophie was born and raised in Vestavia Hills and is a graduate of Auburn University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. During her time at Auburn, she was involved in the athletic department as an Athletic Recruiter for the football team.

After graduation, Sophie spent time in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she worked as a ski instructor and managed a ropes course, combining her love for the outdoors with leadership experience. She later returned to Birmingham and worked as a Legal Recruiter for Bradley Arant for 1.5 years before joining TherapySouth.

Sophie currently serves as Recruiter, where she plays a key role in recruiting top talent across the TherapySouth team.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys discovering new restaurants with friends, cheering on Auburn athletics, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
