Sarah Margaret McClure, PT, DPT

Sarah Margaret McClure is a staff physical therapist at TherapySouth. She grew up in Huntsville, AL, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University in 2017, where she was a member of the Swim and Dive team. She then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Samford University in 2024. Sarah Margaret’s areas of interest include sports rehabilitation, health and wellness promotion, orthopedics, injury prevention, and manual therapy. She and her husband, Mark, live in Vestavia and are active members of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time with family. Sarah Margaret was drawn to physical therapy because it blends her passion for science and the human body with the opportunity to encourage others as they work toward their physical goals. She loves building meaningful relationships with her patients while helping them get stronger and improve their quality of life.
