Pat Tulloss

Director of Administrative Services

Pat graduated from the University of Montevallo with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and holds a Master’s Degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama.

She enjoyed a 26-year career as a speech-language pathologist, including eight years in Birmingham-area elementary and high schools, followed by 18 years at the University of Alabama. There, she taught undergraduate and graduate courses, served as a clinical supervisor, and coordinated preschool services. After retiring from education, Pat transitioned to the private sector, serving as Director of Training for a national software company for 11 years. She also worked as an Area Supervisor for a national medical equipment and services company before joining TherapySouth in 2018.

Currently, Pat serves as the Director of Administrative Services at TherapySouth, where she manages Office Coordinators across all clinic locations. Her leadership plays a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting excellent patient care.

Pat is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Speech and Hearing Association of Alabama, and the Birmingham Healthcare Leadership Association. She has published therapy materials for preschool-aged children and has presented at numerous regional and national conferences.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and traveling. She and her husband, Bernard, reside in Hoover.
