Nate practices physical therapy using a fitness-forward approach, combining high-quality manual therapy with evidence-based strength and conditioning principles. His goal is to address the root cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms, helping patients move better and perform at their best.
Nate earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Concordia University Ann Arbor. He holds a Certification in the Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence and is a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner.
Nate has a strong interest in working with fitness athletes, including CrossFit, HIIT, bootcamp, and weightlifting populations, as well as tactical professionals such as military personnel, law enforcement, and first responders. He also enjoys helping individuals throughout the community optimize movement, performance, and overall health so they can continue living active, fulfilling lives.
Outside the clinic, Nate enjoys CrossFit, hunting, and fishing. He enjoys time with his wife, two daughters, and their labradoodle, and is an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Jackson.
