Morgan McNeill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health & Society from Vanderbilt University in 2015 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2018. She is a certified Functional Dry Needling practitioner and a Pelvic Health practitioner. Morgan has worked in outpatient orthopedics since 2018 and in pelvic health since 2020, with a focus on women’s and pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum care, as well as manual therapy and soft tissue work for the lumbar spine, hips, and pelvis.
Morgan is a Georgia native who enjoys reading, baking, practicing yoga and Pilates, and hosting friends and family for dinners at home. She and her husband, Dan, whom she married in high school, have a son, Ezra, and a dog named Moose. They attend Rivertree Church in downtown Huntsville. Morgan loves spending time with people, hearing their stories, and helping them maximize their body’s performance to live full lives through physical therapy.
