Mckenzie Higginbotham, PT, DPT

Originally from Montgomery, AL, McKenzie earned her Bachelor of Science from Samford University in 2022 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Samford in 2025. She is certified in Level 1 Pelvic Floor Therapy through Herman and Wallace and is passionate about serving women through specialized, whole-person care.

Outside of work, McKenzie enjoys running, playing pickleball with friends, reading, and spending time outdoors.

“This profession is such an example of the foretaste of healing that we will receive when Jesus returns and restores us to the bodies we were created for, and what better way to serve God’s people than daily getting to help provide temporary healing in the here and now? PT is a combination of all the things I love—empowering others through exercise, providing counsel and a listening ear, teaching about something I’m passionate about, building relationships over time with my patients, and promoting active and healthy lifestyles that encourage a great quality of life with those we love.”
