Kristi Johnson, PT

Kristi Johnson brings more than 30 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics to Therapy South.  She graduated from the physical therapy program at the University of Florida in 1990. She has spent the last 10 years specializing in women’s pelvic health which includes: prenatal and postpartum care, urinary incontinence, OAB/urgency/frequency, IC/painful bladder, pelvic pain, endometriosis, coccydynia, constipation, and fecal incontinence, pre- and post-prolapse repair.

Kristi is also certified in Dry Needling. She also is passionate about treating neck/TMJ/hip/spine/SIJ dysfunctions,  She’s committed to providing empathetic patient care, incorporating manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and patient education.   She learned first-hand the importance of quality physical therapy after her hip labral reconstruction surgery in 2013.

Kristi grew up in South Florida and married her high school sweetheart.  She now has 3 grown daughters and enjoys life in Fairhope with her husband.
