Johnny Cupp

Johnny Cupp serves as Chief Financial Officer of TherapySouth, with primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing all financial activities of the company. His areas of leadership include financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, real estate, corporate financial strategy, treasury, and other key corporate functions.

In addition to his financial oversight, Johnny plays a vital role in the growth and strategic direction of the company. He leads the execution of new clinic startups and partners closely with the CEO to set enterprise goals and support the development of the senior leadership team.

Johnny was named CFO in 2017 after serving as Accounting Manager for TherapySouth. He brings extensive operational and financial experience, including previous roles as a Forecasting and Derivatives Analyst at Energen and as a CPA with Deloitte, one of the “Big Four” accounting firms.

He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting. His accomplishments have been recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal, which named him to its 2023 “Top 40 Under 40” and as a finalist in the 2019 CFO Awards (Mid-Sized Company).

Johnny lives in Vestavia with his wife, Haley, and their three children: Jane Reable, Kenneth, and Anne Robbins.
