Haley Dean earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education from Auburn University in 2013 and her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2016. She is a Certified Hand Therapist (2020) and has worked as an outpatient occupational therapist since 2016. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Alabama Occupational Therapy Association, and the American Society of Hand Therapists.
Her clinical interests include hand therapy and helping patients regain functional independence.
Outside the clinic, Haley enjoys traveling, hiking, hunting, and arts and crafts. She attends Redeemer Community Church and loves seeing the smiles on her patients’ faces when they accomplish tasks they haven’t been able to do in months or years.
