Garrett Pitts, PT, DPT

Garrett earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Troy University after graduating from Fairhope High School in 2010. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Alabama State University in 2017 and has been practicing in outpatient settings ever since. Garrett brings a strong athletic background to his care, including experience as a former Division I college baseball player, CrossFit athlete, and more than 20 years of Olympic weightlifting.

His clinical interests include outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, neurological pathologies, and sports injuries. He is passionate about helping patients regain strength, confidence, and the ability to do what they love.

Outside the clinic, Garrett enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spending time with his wife Geena.
