Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in Exercise Science, from Samford University in 2007 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010. Daniel is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, a Certified Manual Therapist, Certified Dry Needling Practitioner, Certified Graston Technique Specialist, and a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
His clinical experience includes outpatient physical therapy and advanced dry needling practice. Daniel’s areas of interest include sports and neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy, neurokinetic therapy, and the treatment of orthopedic and soft tissue conditions such as tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, muscle strains, and ligament sprains.
He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Orthopedic Section of the APTA, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Outside the clinic, Daniel enjoys running, mountain biking, and playing guitar. He and his wife stay busy raising their four children and are active members of The Church at Brook Hills.
