Catherine Nelson, PT, DPT

Catherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University in 2020, followed by a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2021. She went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Elon University in 2024 and has additional training through Herman and Wallace in Pelvic Function.

Catherine chose physical therapy because she is passionate about helping people reach their goals and return to the activities they love.

Outside of the clinic, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their dog, Milo, traveling with her family, visiting Lake Martin and Watercolor, and cheering on Auburn sports “War Eagle!”.
