Autumn Allday, PT, DPT

Autumn earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Huntingdon College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University. She has experience treating women’s health, orthopedic, geriatric, sports, and neurological patients.

Autumn views physical therapy as more than a profession—it’s a calling. She believes God has placed her in this field to serve, encourage, and love people well. Her approach centers on helping individuals restore strength, movement, and confidence through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Outside the clinic, Autumn enjoys being outdoors, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and dogs. She also has a love for herbalism and creative hobbies like scrapbooking.
