“I want my patients to understand their problem; the cause; the reason they stepped into our office.  I believe everyone should know more about their body and how to affect it’s status.  Our body is an amazing machine that we can change if we want to, we just have to know how!  Every day, I meet people that have no idea what is creating their problem, I aim to change that.  Whether we use manual therapy, movement correctives or functional strength work….it all starts with a good understanding and knowledge of your own body.”
