Catherine McIntosh, PT, DPT

Catherine McIntosh earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston in 2007 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner, with additional training in Scoliosis Specific Physical Therapy (BSPTS L1), pelvic health and rehab, and amputee rehabilitation.

Her clinical interests include general orthopedics with a manual therapy focus, scoliosis-specific exercise, gait and balance training with prostheses, and pregnancy and postpartum care with an emphasis on returning to athletic performance. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Outside of the clinic, Catherine enjoys weightlifting, spending time outdoors with her family, and is married to Patrick with two sons, Liam and Eli. They are members of Hope Community Church.
