Kerrie Girouard earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Springfield College in 1995 and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001. She has worked in outpatient occupational therapy since 2001 and brings extensive experience to her practice.
Her clinical interests include industrial rehabilitation and workers’ compensation, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation. Kerrie enjoys using both her professional skills and personal experiences to help patients return to their prior level of function and independence following injury.
Outside of the clinic, Kerrie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Taylor and Ashley, as well as caring for their pets. She stays active through CrossFit and loves watching her daughters participate in soccer, dance, and cross-country. Kerrie also volunteers with Kitty Kat Haven by fostering cats.
“I enjoy using my OT skills and personal experiences to help people return to their previous levels of function following injury. It is rewarding to see patients achieve their goals throughout the rehabilitation process and return to their daily activities independently.”
