Christalyn Allen, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Christalyn graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Lurleen B. Wallace Community College. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from Auburn University in Montgomery (2022). She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Christalyn is passionate about encouraging and empowering others through movement. Her background in exercise science and personal training has shaped her approach to care—meeting people where they are and helping them take meaningful steps toward better health and quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Christalyn enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and listening to music.
