Sophie James

Sophie was born and raised in Vestavia and attended Auburn University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. During her time at Auburn, she was an Athletic Recruiter for the football team. After graduation, Sophie moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where she was a ski instructor and manager of a ropes course.

Before TherapySouth, Sophie worked for Bradley Arant as a Legal Recruiter for 1.5 years.

In her free time, Sophie enjoys finding new restaurants with her friends, cheering on Auburn in all sporting events, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
