Laine Villarreal, PT, DPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Laine Villarreal earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Faulkner Christian University in 2014 and went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019. She has been practicing as an outpatient physical therapist since 2020. Laine’s clinical interests include manual therapy, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, balance training, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic pain and dysfunction, and working with individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. She has completed advanced training in Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1, blood flow restriction therapy, LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s disease, integrative dry needling (Level 1), and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.

Outside of the clinic, Laine enjoys staying active through running, weight lifting, yoga, and hiking. She also enjoys learning about and caring for plants and traveling with her husband.
