Josh Walsh, PT, DPT

Josh lives in Red Level, AL with his wife, Katy. He grew up in a military family and has lived in many places across the country. Josh graduated from Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, VA in 2005 and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University in 2010. He attended Physical Therapy school at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, and graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2013. Josh enjoys golf, and snow skiing, and loves to travel. He joined the TherapySouth team in January 2020 and is happy to call both Andalusia and TherapySouth home.

“What I enjoy most about being a physical therapist is the challenge of discovering what technique or treatment will best assist each of my patients to reach their maximum potential. Each one of us is unique and requires a customized approach to reach our personal goals. Figuring out what works best for each person is a challenge, but is also what makes being a physical therapist rewarding.”
