Rachel Little, PT, DPT, RYT

Staff Physical Therapist

In her free time, Rachel enjoys live comedy, good coffee, spicy food, playing with her Shelties (Alastor and Olive) and spending time with family and friends.

Rachel stays active through hiking, yoga, HIIT, and strength training.

“My philosophy of patient care is to make every interaction meaningful by striving to be present and meeting patients where they are. Beyond the standard of patient care, I aim to come to each session prepared to help patients with whatever they need most at that moment. Whether that’s encouragement, accountability, information, a listening ear, a laugh, or safe space to de-stress, I want to treat the whole person, not just the body.”
