LSVT Big: Personalized, Purposeful Practice

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurologic disorder that affects the part of the brain that produces dopamine- the movement hormone. Up to 8 million people worldwide live with Parkinson Disease and the prevalence is expected to double by 2040. The LSVT Big program is designed to promote function, balance, and walking in a fun and challenging way. PD can cause movements to become smaller and slower which can really impact all daily activities from buttoning a shirt and tying shoes to playing golf and riding a bike. It is our LSVT Big certified clinicians’ goal to empower you to reach your highest potential!
