Welcome to TherapySouth Fultondale! Our clinic offers a variety of services and treatments to promote healing and strength on your journey to wellness. We provide outpatient orthopedic and hand therapy services to patients from Fultondale, Gardendale, North Birmingham, Corner, Forestdale/Graysville, Tarrant, Kimberly/Morris, Hayden and Warrior. We accept all patients, regardless of whether they have been referred by a doctor or not.
